Classical Musicin Harmony withNeurological Research
Where the transformative power of classical music meets cutting-edge neurological science — raising awareness, funding research, and inspiring hope for millions worldwide.
Four Pillars of Discovery
Each area of research represents a deeply personal connection to the musicians and families at the heart of our foundation.

Dr. David Josefowitz, CBE
Our Founding Mentor
Dr. David Josefowitz, CBE
Celebrated conductor of the Wiener Festspielorchester, MIT-trained chemist, and visionary credited as the inventor of the modern vinyl LP record. Dr. Josefowitz mentored countless young musicians through his London Soloists Chamber Orchestra, launching careers on the world stage.
Conducting into his 80s despite two hip replacements, he later developed Alzheimer's disease — inspiring CMHNR's founding mission: to pursue the multi-faceted systems approach to reversing cognitive decline, rather than settling for single-drug therapy.
"A symphony requires many instruments. A complex neurological condition requires much more than a single wonder medicine."
A symphony requires many instruments and people to bring the music to life; and a complex neurological condition also requires much more than a single "wonder medicine" to improve the outcome.
The famous singer returning to the stage
A famous singer inspires global audiences through her resilience and talent, while candidly sharing her journey navigating a rare neuro syndrome. Her courage in speaking openly about her condition has brought worldwide attention to the reality of living with neurological illness — and to the urgent need for deeper answers.
Her story highlights the critical importance of seeking root cause healing and holistic approaches rather than settling for treatments that merely mask symptoms. Too often, care proceeds without the time being given for scientific root causes to be thoroughly analyzed. CMHNR exists to champion a different path — one that listens to the full story, asks why, and pursues multi-faceted, root-cause answers for every patient.
